I understand what it means to lose your health, I understand what it means to just survive and not thrive.  I also understand what it means to make yourself a priority. I am not anecdotal data.  I am proof.  I have pushed my way out of sickness and now thrive in wellness. I can no longer sit idly as I watch so many people struggle. I have come to terms with my calling; it is time to dedicate my energy to my passion and walk with those seeking wellness. 

As Hippocrates said, "let food be thy medicine," I wholeheartedly believe that our body can do miraculous things when we give it the environment it needs to thrive.  Living and eating well earns us the best kind of wealth, health! 

I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2009. I thought my life was over.   I was sick.  I can safely say I have WELL over 10,000 hours of research put into my own wellness, not to mention an inordinate amount of time and money spent with doctors from all over the country. 

I have changed my diet and lifestyle while working closely with Dr. Steven Gundry and have been symptom-free for over 10 years!  I have witnessed my inflammation markers move to exceptionally healthy ranges.  I receive gold stars from Dr. Gundry and he says I am a poster child! The lesions on my brain and spinal cord have disappeared. My life has transformed from a state of surviving to a state of thriving.  Now, it is your turn!

Mindset
Positive or negative emotions impact your health. You can rewire your brain to find healthier patterns that are beneficial for you. Knowing your inner strengths allows you to call on them and embrace more positivity throughout your life.
Nutrition
I am a firm believer in letting food be your medicine. Perhaps you need help looking through your pantry, fridge, or your "go-to" grocery list. Perhaps you have been prescribed a new diet and need confidence in adhering to it. I am here to help and give you food for thought. We have agency over our food, let's think about it, let's clean it up, and see how good you can feel!
Movement
Your body wants to move (exercise) and your body also wants to be still (sleep).  Finding ways that click with you will stick with you! You don't have to push through and just tolerate movement, we can find ways that motivate you intrinsically and bring you joy and peace.
