I offer a free initial consultation. This is a chance for us to get to know each other and see if we are a good fit.  I can answer questions about what coaching is and my technique as well as  any questions you may have.  This a great opportunity to learn about you and what health struggles you are wanting to focus on. To schedule an appointment, please reach out through the contact page and let me know if you have preferences for certain days or time slots.  You can generally expect a reply within 24 hours, and typically, I have an opening within a week.

I have the privilege of working with clients seeking a holistic approach to their health, often collaborating with alternative practitioners for bloodwork and check-ups. Let me help you impress your practitioner before, during, and after your appointments. Many clients come to me grappling with the challenges of embracing a prescribed diet, seeking stress reduction techniques, improving sleep, or attempting to rid their kitchen of unhealthy food choices. They often struggle with issues such as diabetes, high cholesterol, autoimmunity/inflammation, and weight management. This is where coaches can truly move the needle, helping you get started and stay on track with your health journey.
As Jordan, your motivator, accountability partner, and guide, I meet you right where you are on your wellness journey, offering support and guidance every step of the way. As a trusted sounding board, I provide valuable insights and information to empower you to make informed decisions.

What I Offer in a Coaching Session:

My purpose is to be an extension of your motivation! I will meet you where you are and assist you to get to where you want to go. When you have a need, a goal, a priority to achieve, I can assist. If your provider has given you a plan and it seems impossible, I am here to help you see it is possible!  I can help you implement a plan, breakthrough barriers, and challenges.  I will look at your diet and lifestyle, your nutrition patterns, relationships, fitness, and overall wellbeing. There is a symbiotic relationship with each part of the puzzle that makes up you. As a functional health advocate, I am focused on you as a whole. We will not focus on one specific topic while others fall by the wayside. I will walk with you on your journey into health. I am here to help you change your life!
